Dragon Buckle 清代翡翠玉帶龍鈎
During the Qing Dynasty, dragon buckles were worn by nobles and emperors. The jadeite buckles were meticulously crafted into the shape of a dragon on the bottom layer with a lizard on top. This unique collectible is a truly special gift for you and your friends.
龍鈎就是仗革帶鈎,是古代束腰用大帶上的連接物,因為彎回來的鈎多是做成螭首,螭是古代傳說中無角的龍,螭首像龍,因比叫它龍鈎。
龍身為爬著的蜥蜴,在玉器上稱為螭虎,龍首為螭首。
從側面看分上下兩層。上層為透空雕的螭虎、螭首的層面。上層的底板,用以連接螭虎及螭首,在底板下有一蘑菇狀鈕,用以連接腰帶。
在清朝,翡翠龍鈎是財富及權力的一種象徵,也是身份的標誌。
In ancient China, archer's rings were very popular as an accessory. These rings were designed to protect the thumb in archery. Emperors gave archer's rings as gifts to nobles and generals. 扳指是一種護手的工具,初見於商代,在春秋戰國的時候十分流行。滿清族人將扳指戴在右手拇指上,拉弓射箭的時候,可以防止快速的箭擦傷手指。
板指象徵權勢地位,也體現滿州貴族尚武精神。到了滿清后期板指純為裝飾,皇帝賞𧶽有軍功的武將,也會賞板指,純粹的文臣是不戴的。
幾千年来,板指的形制,出現過很多種樣式。蒙古與清朝,主要使用桶形扳指。

璽印起源自商代,戰國時代已普遍使用。秦以前,無論宮、私印都稱璽。唐武則天時因覺得"璽"與"死"近音,遂改稱為"寶",漢將軍印稱"章"。
秦始皇統一中國後,印章範圍更加擴大。官印由皇家頒發,代表權力。私印是官印以外印章之統稱。此種印多用于姓名、字號、書簡、收藏鑒賞、書畫文物之用。
印章的外形有長方,圓及橢圓形。

玉件在清代以前稱為"玉佩",清代時期叫"別子",現代人則多叫為"花件"。禮記〉中記載"古之君子必佩玉",並要在行走時碰出左右不同的聲音。
男仕要在腰上佩戴,女仕佩戴在胸前。清代人們時興戴香囊及荷包,常常在香囊或荷包上拴上一個玉佩,別在腰帶上,因此,清代把玉佩叫成別子。

中國龍(或東方龍)是中國神話中的一種傳說生物,它具有蝦眼、鹿角、牛嘴、狗鼻、鯰鬚、獅鬃、蛇尾、鱼鳞和鷹爪的形象.
传说中龍能显能隐,能细能巨,能短能长。春分登天,秋分潜渊,呼风唤雨,无所不能。在神话中是海底世界主宰(龙王),在民间是祥瑞象征,在古时则是帝王统治的化身。
在中國文化信仰中,它是吉祥的象征。五爪金龍是皇帝的象征符號。

旺偏財,只進不出。據說它是龍王九太子,它主食金銀珠寶,自然渾身寶器,因此是玉皇大帝和龍皇的寵愛。不過,吃多了要拉肚子。有一天,忍不住隨便便溺,惹玉皇大帝生氣,於是一巴掌打下去,結果打到屁股,屁眼就破封住了。從此,金銀珠寶只進不出。
這個典故傳開來之後,它就被視為招財進寶的祥獸。它習慣懶惰的睡覺,每天最好把它拿起來模一模,玩一玩,好像叫醒它-樣,財運會跟著來。
傳說貔貅幫助炎黃二帝作戰有功,即天𧶽福祿,它專為帝王
守護財寶,故又稱帝寶。此外,因貔貅喜歡吃食猛獸邪靈,故又可避邪。
它有個造型,亦有七七四十九個化身。其口大,腹大,無肛門,只吃不拉,象徵攬八方之財,鎮宅避邪,專為主人聚财掌權。
古賢認為命是注定的,但運程可以改變,故民間有一摸貔貅
運程旺盛,再摸貔貅財邊滚滚,三摸貔貅平步青雲。
